 Johann Sebastian Bach

Premiere Series is an exciting new concert series presented by Concerts Cathédral, bringing some of Montreal’s most talented classical and jazz musicians to Christ Church Cathedral, in the heart of the city.

New and old share center stage at each concert, from 300-year-old masterworks to world premieres and everything in between. These juxtapositions present much-loved works in a new and intriguing light, creating connections between music of seemingly divergent eras and styles. Outstanding performers will weave poetry, prose and commentary into each concert to explore the historical, cultural, political and emotional inspirations behind the music.

Premiere Series concerts always take place on Saturdays at 4:30 PM.  There might be a confusion over tickets. Admission is always free.  Donation requested.
