Each of the four gospels has an account of Jesus’ passion. Those from the synoptic gospels (Mark, Matthew and Luke) are read or sung in turn on Palm Sunday (this year March 20) and the St. John Passion always on Good Friday.
This year the St. Luke Passion is designated for Palm Sunday.
By way of preparation for Holy Week listen to one of the sung passions.
